My brewing equipment is about as basic as you can get. I have plenty
of fun and make great beer using malt extract recipes.
So, all I need is a big old pot, a few glass carboys, a bottling
bucket, and the dark closet under my stairs for
fermenting. Last spring I planted five types of hops in my back yard
(Cascade, Centennial, Fuggle, Nugget, and Sterling).
These pictures follow the production an IPA that I just made from the
hop-vine to the bottle. Enjoy!!!
